Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources in Health Sector.  — HR Deputy General Manager (HR/DAP) MBA/ PGDBM with specialization in Human Resources from a reputed institute / MSW from a reputed institute. Experience of at least 10 years in the field of health.  — FAMILY PLANING Deputy General Manager MBBS Minimum 7 years of experience in Public Health or Health Care Management. MD/ Master in Public Health (MPH)/ MBA (Health Care Management)/ Masters in Hospital Management/ Administration from a recognized Institution/University.               Procurement             Deputy General Manager (Tender) MBA in Material Management/ Production Management/ Operations (optional- Supply chain management)/ Masters in Public Health/Masters in Hospital Administration (MHA) or equivalent degree from a recognised university Experience in procurement of medical equipment and/or Services for health sector for at least 10 years and similar experience in Govt. sector for at least 5 years. Should have sufficient knowledge and working experience of eProcurement (Central Procurement Portal/GeM, etc.) and knowledge of Government procurement guidelines and complete tendering process. Proficiency in computer operations is essential. Bio Medical Engineer/ Diploma in Public Procurement or equivalent                   Procurement                 Deputy General Manager (PPP) MBA in Finance Management/ Production Management/ Operations (optional-Supply chain management)/Masters in Public Health/ Masters in Hospital Administration (MHA) or equivalent degree from a recognised university Applicant must have minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years of experience in RfP development and subsequent contract management. Applicants must have experience of supervising timely deliverables and compliance to Service Level Agreement (SLAs), as well as calculating applicable penalties for at least two large scale projects, preferably in the health sector. Should have knowledge of Government procurement guidelines. Applicants with prior experience of working with a government department (at Centre or State level), in addition to managing at least one PPP project, shall be preferred. Certificate in Public Private Partnership (PPP)/Contract Management Training Deputy General Manager (All Program Training) MBA/PGDBM with specialization in Human Resource from a reputed institution or on deputation having aforesaid essential qualification   Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources in Health Sector  — Finance Sr. Manager (Finance)   Chartered Accountant. At least 10 years of experience preferably in a World Bank Project / Centrally sponsored scheme.  — CHILD HEALTH State SNCU Clinical Care Coordinator   MD Pediatrics with one year experience OR DCH with 02 year experience of working in SNCUs either in government or private sector At Least 01 year experience for MD OR 02 year experience for DCH of working in SNCUs either in government or private sector.  — CHILD HEALTH Technical Consultant (Medical) MD/ DCH with no experience OR MBBS with 3 years of experience MD/DCH: No experience. MBBS: 3 years’ experience  —     COMMUNITY PROCESS Technical Consultant- IT (HWC) Post Graduate Degree in Computer Applications/ Computer Science OR Engineering Degree in Computer Applications/ Computer Science. At least 05 years relevant experience in Public Health in IT Field.  — EMTS IT Consultant   B.Tech. in IT/ Computer Science/ Electronics & Telecommunication or MCA. Minimum 05 years’ experience in GPS based tracking system and call center operations.  — FAMILY PLANING FP-Consultant Applicant must have MBBS: or MPH in Hospital (Masters of Public Health) Or MBA or PG in Hospital Management from a recognize institution/ University. Candidates having MPH/ MBA/ PG in Hospital Management with first Division from IIHMR/ NIT etc. shall be preferred. Applicant must have 05 years’ experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT sector with efficient data management. Demonstrate familiarity with contemporary databases, open source technologies, etc. Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical and interpersonal abilities, excellent oral and written communication skill in English. Knowledge of Hindi is desirable. NURSING Consultant M.Sc. Nursing Registration from UP Sate Medical Council at the time of online submission of application.
