Indore, A petition has been presented in the Jabalpur Madhya Pradesh High Court against the policy of Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission. The High Court has issued a notice and asked the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission for its reply. The case is of denial of application to outside candidates. The petitioner has named it 100% local reservation.
Jharkhand state candidate Adam Khan through his advocate Nikhil Bhatt has presented the petition in the Madhya Pradesh High Court. He has told that only those candidates who have registered on the employment portal of Madhya Pradesh can apply to participate in the examination conducted by MPPSC. According to the registration rules of the employment portal, only those candidates can register themselves who are the domicile of Madhya Pradesh. In this way, 100% reservation has been given to the natives of Madhya Pradesh in the examination of MPPSC.
A single bench of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Justice Vivek Agarwal, has issued a notice to the PSC, the Directorate of Employment and the General Administration Department of the Government of Madhya Pradesh, seeking their response by March 8.
